"Original thought… Daniel is absolutely amazing. We couldn’t ask for a better agent to work with on our home and auto policies. He truly tries to get what’s best for you when finding your perfect policy.
After having them for a year…. Wow what a joke of an insurance company! Daniel sold us insurance for our home and stated that for said price/month if we met our deductible our roof would fully be replaced. We ended up getting wind and hail damage. Turned it in and they requested we have quotes from contractors before they’d send an adjuster out. So we did. We had multiple contractors and they all stated we had 5k+ in damage to our roof. Now we are fighting for enough to cover damages plus getting a lawyer due to them selling us false insurance….
